Map

April 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmark site consisting of several linear ditches, visible on Ordnance Survey vertical aerial photographs from 1967 (S1). The main linear is 150m long and appears to run up to a kink in the existing field boundary. It is possible that this is also a field boundary, now removed. A second linear feature butts up to this ditch, this may be forming three sides of an enclosure, potentially at least 35m by 50m. The possibility of at least one of these features relating to field boundaries may indicate that they are medieval to post medieval in date.
S. Massey (NMP), 16 April 2002.
