January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of cottages. Early 19th century. Red brick, black glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. Two storeys. Two widely spaced windows, sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches. Doorways left and right of centre with fielded panel doors. Brick chimney stacks over gable ends. No. 1 has two storey addition on right with lean-to roof, with leaded casements and round-headed doorway."
