Wooden bungalow, the original building type of that name, similar to the first holiday camp chalets. Wooden, gabled to road with roof projecting above verandah. Central door between windows in recessed wall. Side walls of wooden boarding. Probably dates from the 1920s but perhaps brought from elsewhere.
Demolished 2001 and site developed; see NHER 36318.
