Summary

Constructed between 1860 and 1880 for Dr Rackham as a house and surgery, this is a fine two storey red brick building with a façade of three window bays, the outer bays projecting as three-sided bay windows. The central doorway is under an ornate iron balcony. The integral surgery was later moved to the adjacent coach house and stables, but the back door of the house still has 'Doctor' inscribed above it.

Constructed between 1860 and 1880 for Dr Rackham. Very fine building of red brick, two storeys, three bays, the outside bays projecting as three sided bay-windows with conical roofs and wooden-cross windows; central door beneath ornate iron balcony; stepped gables and internal end stacks. Integral surgery later abandoned and adjacent coach house and stable made into surgery. Back door still has 'DOCTOR' inscribed above.
