Full Description
February 2006. Norfolk NMP.
A previously unrecorded extant World War Two pillbox is visible on aerial photographs (S1-3). This pillbox is located at TG 3012 3046 on the south side of the River Ant. It has a polygonal, probably hexagonal, plan and is possibly a type 22 or type 24 pillbox.
J. Albone (NMP), 24 February 2006
A site visit has confirmed that this pillbox is still in place but is overgrown.
E. Rose (NLA), 24 February 2006
