A. Cattermole (NLA) 27 February 2006. Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 20 February 2022.

At some point after 2002 (when the building was photographed as part of the Images of England project) No 3 was significantly altered. What was once the back (i.e. the side facing Bond Street) now has a central door and four new windows (two on the ground floor and two above) - giving it a symetrical façade. It is in use as a shop.
