January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, early 19th century. Red brick. Low-pitched slate roof with coped gable ends and overhanging eaves. Two storeys. Three windows, centre projects slightly. Sashes with glazing bars in openings with flat brick arches and plain cills. Central doorway with rectangular fanlight panelled door and wooden trellis porch with four-centred arch and tent-shaped roof. Brick chimney stacks over gabled ends."
