Examined by Norfolk Historic Buildings Group.
The farm is a lobby entrance house with one bay to the west and one and a half bays to the east. The north front is faced with 19th century bricks with sash windows. There is a later pantile entrance porch. The rear elevation is rendered with a later brick extension against the western half. There is a forelock bolt at mid height on the north east corner, which is likely to be a repair to the storey post. The roof was originally thatched and thatch ties can be seen in the attic. The roof is now covered in cedarwood shingles.
