May 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Late 18th century, possibly re-modelling of earlier house. Gault brick, some red brick partly limewashed. Pantiled roof 'T' shaped plan with brick and flint wing to the east. Two storeys. Sash windows with glazing bars. Moulded and dentilled brick eaves. Parapetted North gable with internal brick chimney stack."

Listing Description:
Pair of 18th century barns. Red brick and flint, with steeply pitched pantile roofs. Openings with segmental heads. Iron fixed lights with glazing bars. Some modern openings. Dentil brick eaves. Louvred vent on ridge line. Collar roofs with double butt-purlins, tie beams. Included for group value.
