April 1985. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Mid 18th century. Red brick Flemish bond, black glazed pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays. Ground floor has 3 regularly spaced sashes with glazing bars to the east, one door opening and one irregularly spaced sash with glazing bars to west."
