Summary

Metal-detecting between 2005 and 2011 recovered Roman and post-medieval coins as well as Late Bronze Age, Roman, Early Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Bronze Age spearhead point; a Roman brooch; part of an Early Saxon bucket; medieval harness pendants and a papal bulla of Boniface IX (1389-1404) and a post-medieval furniture fitting, harness mount and seal matrix.
