Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now subdivided into two dwellings. 17th century, much altered and remodelled. Rendered and colourwashed with reed thatched roof. Two storeys and attics. Fenestration of Childwall House 19th century: one ground floor sash with architrave and leaded glazing, two 3-light first floor casements."
