Summary

This farmhouse was built around 1700. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and has two storeys and a black glazed pantile roof. Some of the associated rear outshut pre-dates 1700.

Farmhouse. About 1700. Coursed pebble flint, brick dressings, black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys, five windows. Ground floor has five openings: central two-light casement, two flanking doors, two outer three-light casements, all with brick dressings and cambered arches. Five first floor casement windows with brick dressings. Brick quoins, first floor platband, eaves courses. Brick dressings to all openings. Swept eaves, two end and one ridge stacks. Flint east gable, brick west gable. Rear outshut, with pre-1700 evidence at northwest.
