Summary

This gault brick house was built around 1830 and was enlarged in 1870. The building has a T-shaped plan and is arranged in two storeys and five bays. There is a panelled central door.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Around 1830, enlarged 1870. Gault brick with slate roof. T plan. Two storeys in five bays of balanced asymmetry. Panelled central door within case of fluted demi-columns under square entablature. Four sashes to ground floor and five to first floor, all with glazing bars under gauged skewback arches."
