Summary

A 17th century house with an 18th century extension and an attached row of late 18th or early 19th century cottages. The house is built of brick and flint, has two storeys and a pantile roof and has been divided into a number of cottages. The extension is brick, gabled and has two storeys. The row of three cottages is constructed of brick and flint and is two storeys tall. The buildings are located within the site of the Pensthorpe deserted medieval village (NHER 7107).

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. 17th century. Flint with brick dressings, red pantiled roof. Two storey house, later divided into cottages. Three ground floor window openings, three doors. Four first floor windows and one small casement. Brick end quoins, kneelers and coped parapets. End stack."
