Summary

Seven undated human skeletons were dug up in a garden near the church. Three were found near the foundations of an undated building.

1969. Dug up in garden. About 23m (25 yards) west northwest of St Nicholas's Church.
Four skeletons. Many fragments of belemnites with three of the skeletons. Fourth skeleton was not checked.

In fact (S1) in file says seven skeletons - four at 25cm (10 inches) deep, three to south near corner of a robbed building protruding from under the churchyard, 60cm (2 feet) deep also a human skull at 1.05m (3 feet 6 inches).
