Full Description
October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Several lines and zigzags of barbed wire are visible on Kelling Hard beach, positioned in-between a break in the earthwork bank to the north (NHER 27805) and in front of the scaffolding to the south (NHER 27807). There are roughly three lines of barbed wire, the longest run bring from TG 0932 44044 to TG 0952 4399. These were part of the World War Two defence of the coast.
S. Massey (NMP), 20 March 2003.
