Summary

This site was the subject of an archaeological evaluation carried out by NAU Archaeology in 2006. No archaeological finds or features were revealed by the excavations.

Evaluation of proposed development site.
Four trenches were excavated, none of which contained archaeological finds or features. This suggests that the site was truncated during the construction of the Livestock Market, removing any traces of earlier occupation.
