June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 17th century house. Plastered timber-frame. Steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack off centre. Two storeys. Modern casements. Two modern doors, one in front of chimney stack. Later brick lean-to at rear."
