September 1960. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House and shop, early 19th century. Red brick. Black glazed pantile roof, hipped. Two storeys. First floor two sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor one sash with glazing bars, panelled door and projecting shop probably late 19th century/early 20th century."
