February 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House and shop, early 19th century. Red brick. Black glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Three widely spaced windows, sashes with glazing bars, ground floor right sash replaced with plate glass in original opening."
