Summary

Metal-detecting between 2006 and 2024 recovered a Neolithic/Bronze flint scraper; a post-medieval pottery sherd; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval tokens and a number of other, Middle Bronze Age and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Middle Bronze Age flanged palstave fragment; medieval to post-medieval lead weights; a medieval buckle, harness pendant and lead seal matrix and a post-medieval buckle, coin weight, crotal bell, silver button or cufflink element, lead toy cannon and lead plug.
