Full Description
June 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated linear ditches, possibly field boundaries, are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred on TM 3057 6438. Three ditches are present as broad cropmarks on different alignments, none of which correspond to the surviving post medieval field pattern. It is possible that these ditch cropmarks relate to field boundaries of medieval or earlier date. The alignment of one of these cropmarks is similar to another ditch cropmark 590m to the northeast (NHER 43727).
J. Albone (NMP), 07 June 2006
