19th century flint and brick house with clay lump partitions, seen when derelict in 2002, now demolished. Its west wall was the east wall of an older building, demolished at some previous date, of flint with carrstone galletting, and details of bricks dating to the mid 18th century or earlier.

Building labelled 'Beech Cottage' on penultimate OS base map, eastern half of building now labelled 'Bramble Cottage' on current OS base map.
