Map

July 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of rectangular enclosures and linear ditches of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). These cropmarks are centred on TM 3430 9264 and were previously partly recorded within NHER 31444. Two adjoining rectilinear enclosures are located at TM 3437 9267. Neither of these enclosures is complete and they have internal dimensions of 30m wide by at least 35m and 48m long. They do not lie on the same alignment as the surrounding field pattern and are of unknown date. Thirteen other sections of linear ditch cropmark are also present within this group. Although some of these ditches probably relate to field boundaries, their date is not known.
J. Albone (NMP), 04 July 2006.
