Summary

This barn dates to around 1600. It is built from a weatherboarded timber frame, common to the many modern barn conversions dotted around East Anglia. It has full height double timber doors set to right opposed by a sloping transept to rear. The building has collars and windbracing, a few of which are curved.

This barn dates to around 1600. It is built from a timber frame and weatherboarded with the roof of corrugated angulin. Full height double timber doors set to right opposed by a sloping transept to rear. Close studded timber frame. Tie beams on arched braces and arched braces to wall posts from principal studs. Diminished principals and two tiers purlins, the lower staggered and butted, the upper clasped. The building has collars and windbracing, a few of which are curved.
