July 2008. Building recording.
Building interpreted as a sixteenth-century hall with two service rooms, a parlour and a chamber above the service end. A timber-framed chimney was probably located nextto the service partition, indicated by the narrow bay and the reuse of a mantle beam. The central hall and possibly the parlour were unfloored. During the seventeenth century the mantle beam was reused in the new brick chimney stack, the chimney was inserted into the cross passage, and the hall and parlour were floored.
