June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century, three storey, three windows. South sash with glazing bars. White brick with splayed corners. Slate roof. Mutular eaves soffit. Ground floor shop with wood case with fluted Ionic engaged columns."
