Summary

Nut Tree Farmhouse is a 17th century two storey timber-framed house with late 19th century red brick casing, and yellow brick dressings. The building has a steep gable-ended roof with new pantiles and there is a late 19th century brick gabled porch off centre.

"17th century timber-framed house with late 19th century red brick casing, with yellow brick dressings. Steep gable-ended roof with new pantiles. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends). Three widely spaced windows, three-light casements. Late 19th century brick gabled porch off centre. Brick stack off centre."
