June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"With No 2 Victoria Road. 18th century. Two storey, six flush frame sash windows at first floor with glazing bars. Cornice below parapet.
No 36, shop, former bar windows and entrance with double doors, all in wood case with pilasters
and continuous entablature."
