May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, early 18th century, or red brick and pebbledashed brick with black pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attaics. Facade to street, 2 windows with central part glazed door with flush and raised and fielded panels. Lugged timber architrave with pediment."
