Summary

York House probably dates to the 18th century, although it has an early 19th-century brick skin. This two storey brick building has a roof of black glazed pantiles and a panelled central door and internal gable-end chimneystacks. The southeast gable and rear cross wing are also rendered and colourwashed.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Probably 18th century with early 19th century brick skin. Brick. Roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys in three bays. Panelled central door with a five-vaned fanlight below a gauged round arch. Two sash windows each floor, with glazing bars. Those to ground floor with gauged skewback arches."
