Summary

This building dates to the early 19th century and it was formerly two cottages. It is built from plastered clay lump with a brick plinth. It stands two storeys high and has a low pitched hipped slate roof. The building has two moulded and panelled doors in doorcase architraves with roundels in frieze.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Formerly two cottages. Plastered clay lump, with brick plinth. Low pitched hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Three widely-spaced windows, early 19th century, three-light casements with glazing bars. Two moulded and panelled doors in doorcase architraves with roundels in frieze. Lean-to at rear and south end."
