February 1984. Listed.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farm building, 18th century, of red brick with corrugated iron roof. Single storey with loft. Open cart shed attached at rear. Parapet gables with brick kneelers, platband at attic floor level and with owl holes at apex."
