June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, brick, plastered. Pantiles. Plinth. Two-storey and attic. Six sash windows at first floor with glazing bars and flush frames. Door, with six fielded panels, in wood case with pilasters. Pedimented casement dormers with glazing bars."
