Summary

Oakdean is a one storey 17th century roughcast timber-frame house, roughcast with steep pantile roof with gabled ends. The building has an attic, an internal brick chimney stack at the west end, and a modern long continuous flat roof dormer. There is also a late 19th century lean-to on the north end, and a large modern flat-roofed addition at the rear.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century timber-frame house, roughcast. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Modern long continuous flat roof dormer. Modern casements and late 19th century or 20th century gabled porch at centre. Internal brick chimney stack at west end. Late 19th century lean-to on north end."
