Summary

No 37 The Thoroughfare is a 17th-century two-storey timber-framed house refronted in the early to mid 19th century, with a painted brick front with parapet. The building has a ground floor Victorian shop with a doorway to the right with a hood on shaped brackets.

"17th century timber-framed refronted in early to mid 19th century, painted brick front with parapet. Two storeys. Two windows. Sashes with glazing bars, stone heads with keyblocks. Ground floor Victorian shop with large sash and fascia over, doorway to right with hood on shaped brackets."
