Summary

This former pub has a side extension which is now a separate dwelling. The rendered timber frame building dates to the 18th century and has a thatched roof. The roughcast clay-lump extension has a pantiled roof. The protruding chimney stack probably belongs to an earlier building on the same site. There are later side extensions at both ends.

August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former Public House with a side extension now a separate dwelling. 18th century. Rendered timber-frame with thatched roof. Roughcast clay-lump extension with pantiled roof. Single storey with attic and 2-storeyed extension. 2 20th century windows with a 19th century planked front door. Single 3-light casement dormer."
