June 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Pebble flint with colourwashed brick dressings, grey pantile roof. Two storeys. Parapetted and coped gables with internal grey brick chimney stacks. Sash windows. Central doorway with canopy. Catslide to west. Gable walls rendered and ashlared."
