Summary

A mid to late 19th century red brick, two storey house with a hipped roof of black glazed pantiles. Its Grade II listing designation explicitly covers a forecourt wall and associated railings to the east (NHER 65110).

Listing Description excerpt:
"No 17 including forecourt wall and railings.
Mid/late 19th century. Red brick, hipped roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys...Moulded stone string course at first floor level. Rusticated brick quoins. Moulded brick eaves. Entrance on left hand side with semi-circular headed rusticated stone surround with vermiculated key and imposts. Central chimney. Wing to west.
Forecourt to east with iron railings on low red brick wall."
