Listing Description excerpt:
"Dated 'W E M 1845'. Pebble flint with colourwashed brick dressings. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Four window range, irregularly spaced. Casements with glazing bars. Cambered heads to ground floor windows. Brick dentil eaves. Off-centre chimney stack. Parapetted south gable with internal chimney stack."
