Summary

These two houses were once actually three properties. No. 58 has now been converted to a shop. The houses date to the late 17th century but were refaced in brick during the late 18th century, otherwise they are constructed from clay lump. Together there are three entrance doors to these two properties but the mid 19th century shop front to No. 58 has been boarded over. The gabled bell-based roof has an external east chimneystack and rebuilt central ridge chimneystack.
