Summary

This mid 19th century building was once 'The Crown' public house but is now used as a house. It is a rendered clay lump construction on a flint and brick plinth with a pantile roof. bars. The brick gable wall to the east shows evidence of enlargement. The former stables have been rebuilt as garages.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Public House (The Crown) now used for domestic purpose. Dates to the mid 19th century. Rendered clay lump construction on flint and brick plinth and gabled pantile roof. Two storeys high. Central door dates to around 1970 under flat timber semi-circular arch."
