Farmhouse. Early 19th century. Gault brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Central doorway in symmetrical façade. Round headed with 2 reveals. Semi-circular light over 20th century door. One aluminium window left and right in original openings under gauged red brick segmental arches. 3 sashes to first floor under similar heads with glazing bars except central window: plate glass lower sash and concrete lintel. Axial stack left of centre.
