Summary

This former watermill is now a residential property. It dates to the late 18th century and is built from flint with gault brick dressings and a pantiled half hipped roof. The lobby entrance plan has now been altered. The façade has a central doorway and a 20th century gabled timber porch. The rear of the property has 20th century brick lean-to additions.

Listing Description Excerpt:
Watermill, now residence. Late 18th century. Flint with gault brick dressings and pantiled half hipped roof. Lobby entrance plan now altered. Two storeys and attic. Façade with central doorway and 20th century gabled timber porch. Segmental heads to casement windows left and right. Smaller first floor windows.
