August 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 17th century and later, adjoining above and under same roof of pantiles. Segmental headed casement dormers. Stucco rusticated front. 2 near-flush sash windows at 1st floor, and one 3-light ground floor. Small entrance, left, with glazed upper half and fanlight."
