Summary

This brick built farmhouse dates to the mid 18th century. It has a plain tiled roof to the south and black glazed pantiles to the east. Architectural features of interest include five casements to the first floor under segmental arches and the saw-toothed eaves cornice.

The farmhouse dates to the mid 18th century. It is brick built with a plain tiled roof to south and black glazed pantiles to the east. The building stands two storeys high. The centre has one storey bay with a 19th century casement, dentilled eaves cornice and flat lead roof. The panelled door is contained within a timber case to the left of the building and two 19th century casements under segmental arches. Two 20th century French windows are at the right of the building. There is a flat brick string course and five casements to the first floor under segmental arches. It has a saw-toothed eaves cornice and hipped roof with rebuilt ridge stack right of centre. The north side has a gabled range to road.
