Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Circa 1830. Brick with slate roof to main block and pantiles to service extension. Service extension forms stem of T plan. 3-bay facade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Central doorway with semicircular fanlight. Panelled entrance reveals and open pedimented doorcase on pilasters."
