March 1971. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. White brick with pantiled roof and left end chimney stack. Two storeys; three-window range, the central blank. Glazing bar sashes under segmental arches. Central door and carriage archway to right, also under segmental arches.
Interior not inspected."
