Summary

This early 19th-century house is now a set of offices. The building is constructed from flint with brick dressings and a red brick façade. The slate roof is in two pitches as the left portion was rebuilt and the roof was raised with No.32 (NHER 40802). The gabled roof has an eaves cornice with paired modillions, and the chimneystack lies to the left.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices. Early 19th century. Flint with brick dressings and red brick façade. Slate roof. Roof in two pitches as the left portion rebuilt and raised with No.32 [NHER 40802]. Irregular. Door with 6 flush panels under overlight containing a glazed lamp holder...To right of elevation is a door with six flush panels and an overlight which serves No.28 [NHER 46368]...Eaves cornice with paired modillions. Gabled roofs with stack to left. Interior not inspected."
